Help!! 26 day cycle day 15 obgyn appt 2morrow

Been having strange stabbing pains with intercourse had spotting on cycle day 8 & 9 been feeling very dizzy like someone sitting on my shoulder like u know ur at the hospital they give u morphine u get a heavy feeling in head and neck well yeah that feeling minus the morphine been ttc since june 2015 miscarried April according to Dr me personally I didn't know I was even pregnant been having alot of spasm in legs & buttocks and some sciatica like pain any ideas ladies???????
