Checking cervical fluid
Can I ask how you ladies check cervical fluid? In her book, tcoyf .. Weschsler says just to rub a tissue along your vaginal lips before peeing. I never have any fluid on my lips, I've found I have to insert a finger to check properly? But she said not to use your cervix check remnants on your fingers to assess cf... Confused!!
