Nauseous

On Monday I was nauseous on and of felt fine on Tuesday except for tmi weird case of diarrhea when I woke up. Today nausea just hit again almost to the point of throwing up. I said I would not symptom spot this month and I haven't been but this is undeniable. 11dpo today high bbt past two days rose from steady 98s to low 99s. AF due in 4 days.
