I keep messing slightly in my underwear unintentionally (urine) and I don't know why! Do I have a weak bladder? Is it normal as I'm 17 years old?

It could be a million things. Kidney stones can cause this, bladder infections, UTIs, a number of things could be wrong especially if it's a newly developed situation. See a doctor. Best wishes.
