So this morning I woke up to a sudden gush and fluid had pooled onto the bed. I went to the bathroom and wasn't having any contractions so I decided to go back to bed. I woke up an hour later and the same thing happened, a significant gushing and watery fluid (like a significant amount) I called my midwives and explained what had happened and told them if it is nothing I don't want to go into triage just to be told it was nothing to worry about, well, they tell me I have to go into triage to make sure I'm not leaking amniotic fluid. Sure enough, everything is normal and intact 😐 but ever since I've been home I have been having horrible hot flashes...maybe baby is deciding to make an entrance after all? Did anyone have hot flashes before they went into actual labor??
