FTM breastfeeding

I'm being induced next Saturday and will be 38 weeks to the day. I really want to breast feed but I'm confused with when I'm supposed to start producing milk. I don't feel any different and I'm worried I won't be producing quite yet since I'm delivering 2 weeks early. Any moms that can share stories or give me some details as to when I'll start or know when I'm producing. The only thing I've noticed is a little dryness in the morning around my nipples. Not sure if it's from a slight but leaking. I haven't seen anything or felt anything out of the norm. I don't feel any Fuller than before and no soreness. I wanted to start taking fenugreek but my dr said no because it could cause me to go into labor. Please help!
