Just told my boss that I am pregnant....

He told me I have to come back to work immediately after I give birth or I would lose my job, what should I do?? Apparently I don't qualify for FMLA.

Does the company you work for employ at least 50 people? And have you worked for this company for at least 12 consecutive months? If the answer to both questions is yes, then by federal law you qualify for FMLA. If you answer no to either, then you're not entitled to leave under FMLA.

I would go to human resources. I'm pretty sure that isn't even legal. You should get 4 weeks at the minimum. Talk to someone higher up than your boss in HR. Good luck and congratulations!

You should qualify for disability after the birth for a period of time.  I agree, talk to hr.

Talk to HR but depending on size of company and how long you have been there you may not qualify for FMLA
