Ladies, what made you take a test to get your BFP?

Did you have any symptoms as such or just because you were late starting AF? Let me know as I'm very interested

I tested bc I was 5 days late for my period. I was burned the month before by a randomly 6-day late period & bfn, which made me realize all the "symptoms" I'd been having were in my head. I decided then that I wouldn't test based on symptoms and would only test once I was significantly late for my period.

Feeling weakly/fluttery/just darn funny at work when I usually don't get sick often. Also, extremely watery mouth, although my throat felt dry (thirsty).

I tested when I was being sick but 6 days early for af and was pregnant. Sadly I miscarried and since then I test every month and still no luck :-(

I tested because my breasts hurt really bad and got hard lumps in them. They are always sore before my period but this time I found myself protecting them because they hurt so bad. My husband brushed up against me and yelled because it was so painful. He thought I was just being dramatic. I was also getting dizzy spells. I was only 8/9dpo when that started so I took a test at 10dpo and it was positive.

I actually started bleeding too early for my period so I tested, BFP! Had blood work Saturday and I will have it again today also! Wish me luck!

I tested 4 days early as I felt different. I got a cold, spots all over my chin and jaw, tummy felt funny...I had these exact same symptoms soon after ovulation with my first child so knew straight away I was pregnant even though my period wasn't due.

I tested because I had 6 straight days of positive First Response ovulation tests days after I got my first solid smiley on the Clearblue Advanced Ovulation test.

I tested because I was getting AF type pains and constant lower back ache. I got my BFP 7 days early! This will be my Rainbow after losing my twins in March with a MMC, so I'm super nervous!!!! x
