Matcha green tea powder ?

Safe to drink during pregnancy ? I know it has caffeine. And I will ask my doctor .

I stopped drinking it, since matcha has more caffeine than Coffee.

I know in moderation it's ok but it does give me more of a jittery caffeine feel on a normal day when I'm pregnant it makes me feel like I'm jumping out of my skull! So I stopped but I will drink a few cups of coffee or tea.
