How soon did AF come after IUD removed?

Question

I had my IUD removed May 3 and haven't had any signs of AF coming. We are TTC #2 and my doctor said if I didn't have a period after 4-6 weeks to take a pregnancy test. (I took one out of curiosity on the 24 but it was a BFN.) I'm trying not to get my hopes up because really, I have no idea where my cycle is at after 8 years without a visit from AF!

How soon after removing an IUD did you ladies 1) get AF or 2) get a BFP?

I got my IUD removed April 2016. A week after my cycle. The next month (May) it came on at the beginning of the month. And just a couple of days ago I found out I was pregnant!

Mine came 52 days later and was no problem at all :) Month 1 of TTC. It will come 😘

For me it came about 6 weeks after I got it removed. I hated waiting and not knowing what was going on. I'm currently ttc and on my tww. They say the longer you have an IUD in the longer it can take to get your AF. I say if you don't get it for a couple months then I would go back to the doctor. A friend of mine didn't get AF for almost 6 months after her IUD, went to the doctor and then the next month she was able to get that BFP
