What to get?

I'm a first time mom, I'm really not sure what all to get? Anybody have a list of suggestions or something?

Car seat and stroller, swing, crib/pack and play. 2 waterproof mattress pads and 2-4 sheets. Assorted blankets.  You do not need a changing table, simply a changing pad on a dresser works (with 2-3 covers), or throw down a towel and change them anywhere! Bouncer seat (one with vibrating option is always nice for colic-y babies!) Swaddling blankets, some clothes, diapers, wipes. Diaper genies are nice, but not mandatory (though if you use a regular one, be prepared to take the trash out a lot!) a floor activity mat. I would say not to buy too many bottles/pacifiers as you never know what baby may or may not like. A few different ones to try is best, and then you can buy multiples of whatever baby picks. Definitely need a pump if you'll be breast feeding, along with storage bags for the milk, breast pads. Special baby detergent is pricey, and not neccesary. Anything "free and clear" works great (Costco has a huge bottle- 160 loads for $11)

As a second time mom I can recommend trying out second hand stores. There are some great things in there for a lot cheaper! Things I couldn't live without of the top of my head are:

I would wait on the items above, because you never know what kind fits your baby. And the stores do not close after you deliver ?
