I'm kind of stressing out... Plan B?

I know Planned Parenthood gives out plan B, but I'm wondering if you have to have an appointment to get it for free. My boyfriend and I had sex on a 3% fertile day according to Glow and for the first minute or so he didn't use a condom. I always get anxious about this ( it doesn't not happen often, but sometimes it's our way to make things more pleasurable.) Anyway, he pulled out well before he ejaculated because he finished himself off, but I've read that pre-cum can still get you pregnant. I'm worried about being pregnant and I know this Is a dumb decision if I'm not looking to become pregnant, but it happened. I'm not on any birth control because I have Type 1 Diabetes and it causes insulin resistance. So I guess my two questions are: Should I take plan B? Do you have to have an appointment at Planned Parenthood to get Plan B for free?

You can only take plan b within 72 hours of having sex otherwise it doesn't work

You can call the center to ask if you need an appointment. Most of the time you won't need an appointment to pick up emergency contraception. Some Planned Parenthoods dispense Ella instead of Plan B because it's 85% effective up to 5 days and there aren't any BMI restrictions as there are with Plan B. Some PPs are also able to place the copper IUD as emergency contraception...this not only prevents a pregnancy in an emergency but also prevents a pregnancy for up to 12 years.

Plan b is normally $50 at Walgreens (I'm in the DFW, Texas area) but when I went in to but it there was on for $40 called take action. If birth control causes problems with your diabetes then talk to a doctor about different birth control methods like IUDS, a diaphragm, female condoms.

You can get it at a pharmacy without a prescription....but it was $50. I was shocked to see this when I really needed to take it for the first time last month.

I used to go to planned parenthood they should have walkin clinic i depends on how buisy it is the longest i waited was 1 hour they gave it to me for free that sameday
