Miscarriage; need help ?

Today I went to the doctor....
I'm 6 weeks and 4 days 
I went to emergency room 2day since I have a bad pain during this pass weekends 
But I had never ever bleed 
And 2day they did a ultrasound to hear the baby beats if everything was okay
They told me a have another appointment because there's a threatened miscarriage

Have someone or do you know somewhat who have being in this spot?!

I have. I was 5 weeks along and I started bleeding.  I went to the ER and they told me that it was having a threaten misscarriage. I made a appt with my dr three days later. (Earliest i could get in) she tested my Hcg level and they where good. Am now 14 weeks along. I pray everything is ok with you and the little one.

I been pregnant 6 times and every time I had to wait till I was 12 weeks before they could hear heart beat

If its not 7 weeks yet then don't worry, Google it. It's almost impossible to hear it before 7 weeks. There is a heartbeat it's just super faint they can't hear it.

HCG keeps the placenta stable and continuing to grow as needed to support the baby during pregnancy. If something happened to cause physical or emotional trauma to the mother it can cause the HCG to drop, cause the placenta to abrupt (even partially and you still may not have bleeding early in pregnancy). I have seen situations where the news of the death of a family member caused so much emotional trauma (which in turn directly effects hormone levels) that they miscarried within a day or two of receiving the news.
