What does ur temp do when u ovulate??

This is my chart so far since CD 1. I started getting watery CM today and also got my first flashing smiley face on my opk. How will I know based in temp when I ovulate?? Doesn't it drop?? But will it go back up after??

You will also want to use a basal body thermometer. It will have numbers like 97.62 instead of just 97.6. It's more accurate than a regular thermometer

Always remember to chart your temps first thing in the morning at the same time every morning before you even get out of bed. Temps will vary slightly from day to day.

The first part of your cycle will have lower temperatures and after you ovulate u will have higher temperatures until AF comes again. If AF never shows and ur temps remain high, you could be pregnant

When you ovulate your temp will drop , followed by at least 3 consecutive days of higher temperatures. So technically you won't know for sure you ovulated until after a few days you ovulate. But also when you get a positive OPk, that means u will actually ovulate in 24-36 hours. So you would need to BD the day u get a positive and for the next 3-4days.
