TMI and a little embarrassing, but help.

So I just got married last week, and up till this point we used double protection (I was on BC and he used a condom, or pulled out). Well since I'm on the IUD now and we're married, we have been having sex without a condom, and he has been "finishing" inside me. Well... I'm just going to be honest here, it's messy! I'm just left there like "the hell do I do now??!?!" No one ever talks about this. What the hell do you do post coitus for clean up? We are currently residing with his family as we save up for the down payment on our house, so it's a little obvious if we go through a million towels.
