Advice!!!!

Well I've been with my husband 4 years. Married for 3.. Got married a little young (but not to young)  at 19 years old. We're both 22 now. And we are lacking in the sex department. We've been trying to conceive for 3 1/2 years tried fertility a year and a half ago, been trying by ourselves. But nothing is happening. But I also have PCOS, thyroid disease, and boarderline diabetic so my doctor said it could take awhile!! Well we haven't been sexually active in a whole month before that was 2 weeks. I don't know what to do. I know he's not cheating and I ain't. But we have tried toys and other stuff to "spice" shit up. But he don't look at me the same it feels like I look at him the same and yes I know I'm young, shit happens. I've heard it all!!! I'm not the one that initiates sex because I feel awkward and always have so he does. And not gonna lie. I got my nipples pierced because I love em. And I've always heard they make your nipples sensitive and that definitely was true. But he loved em when I got em done 3 weeks ago. And still nothing. We just don't have a sex life anymore. Anyone in the same boat? Can relate? Please help.
