Want another baby

My hubby and I have two children . I want another one nut he isn't ready or prob don't want another. We talk about it and he just keep saying "when the time is right" or "I'm working on things right now" I'm almost 32 and I know already I'm going to be high risk based on my previous pregnancy. I really don't want to wait any longer because the longer I wait the harder it may be. Not to mention that I also know that you don't get prego the first month you try unless you're really lucky. Anyone out there who is dealing with a situation like this and what would you do?
