Tightness in throat?

I am 11 dpo and i have not been feeling nauseated in my tummy per say but I'll get these waves of tightness in my throat and increase saliva (like how u feel when you're about to puke).. and then it will just go away. I'm also getting these slight cramping sensation in my right lower abdominal area.. comes and goes..very minor.. don't want to take a test until af is late..(sunday).. but anyone ever experience this throat thing and still got bfp?
