Every period on my third day i have to rush to the restroom because i feel like i have to throw up but then i get THE MEGA CRAMP (cramp that makes me fold over and die momentarily) its so bad and after the cramp i get this huge blood clot that comes out of me. Its about as big as the small hole at the bottom of inside a toilet where the waste goes.

Everything before this moment is pure hell, im sleepless and very moody and cant eat much let alone move.

Does anyone else have a period like this? How do you deal? Is there a way or ways to minimize THE MEGA CRAMP.
