How did you pets react to your pregnancy?

I know it must be a myth, but i e heard before that pets can sense a pregnancy and get clingy/needy. I want to know if any of you ladies have ever experienced this

I have a 5 month old labrador retriever puppy. He started sniffing and kissing my belly and he is always trying to sit in my lap with his head on my belly. That's what convinced me to test to see if I am! He also refuze to let anybody from sitting on my lap except him!😊

Not a myth, very true. I feel like dogs especially sense it. My pup did. He's always been clingy but he definitely started acting different once I found out I was pregnant. My cat growing up was the same way. He was so attached to my mom when she was pregnant with my sister. And a friend of my mom's came over one time and my cat just had a natural reaction to her. my mom joked to her friend and said she was pregnant because my cat never acted like that towards anyone but her. A week later we found out she was indeed pregnant

Mine got very protective!! Even towards ppl we knew. And my pup started sleeping in a curled up ball next to my tummy (i sleep on my side)
