Help me please!

37 weeks and baby is breach. Dr said I have two choices, try to turn baby or have a c-section. Trying to turn baby doesn't always work, and has some risks such as breaking my water, or my placenta tearing away from the wall, and could result in an emergency c-section anyway. Anyone been through this? Anyone successfully turn baby on their own? Any advice? I'm really scared and emotional!
