Advice please

I've got ocd , and I know that I'll have to let people see the baby and most I can cope with because they're considerate, it's one of my sister in laws I'm worried about she's coming from Pakistan and I feel like I really don't want her next to the baby , but I don't want to insult them 😖😞 so stressed...
