Need help... lost twins.👣👣💔

I know it was not best of decisions but I tried aborting with a pill first due to the feeling I could not handle a baby with the current life problems I had...

Well when I went in for a D&C... turns out there were two...

i lost the one at 9 weeks... and the other was there at 11 and lost around 12 weeks... anyone have any advice 😔 really feeling low and full of regret.
