Accidentally took two prenatal vitamins help!

Being pregnant has made my brain all worried with if I am helping the baby grown, what I should and shouldn't be doing, and if I will be a good mom. I threw up before I could even fully swallow my pills so I took another one just incase, I could see the pill hasn't dissolved so I figured it would be okay. Will this hurt my baby? I am so worried, look I'm already a bad mother.
