Is this my water or did I pee on myself?

I had been laying in bed for a bit and when I sat up, I leaked a little. Didn't really feel like peeing but didn't really feel like it came from my vagina either. I stood up and it stopped. I went to the bathroom, and haven't experienced anything else yet, although it's only been around half an hour. I had maybe 3-4 tsp of liquid the first time. What shoukd I be looking for? I've had no contractions, I'm 37 weeks, first baby. No blood or any other worries, except maybe some mucus yesterday.
