2 naps instead of 3

How old was your child when they went from 3 naps to 2 naps a day consistently? My 10 1/2 month old daughter when she is at home will take all 3 of her naps but of course if we go out somewhere she tends to skip one of them. How old was your child when they just constantly only took two naps today?
