4day late period what to do??

Okay my boyfriend came to visit on the third week of May. We had sex a few times during the week but it was with protections and he never finished inside and we always use spermicide lubed condoms . But my period was due 4 days ago and I'm not bleeding. It's been late before but I'm just anxious. I'm still showing signs that I'm going to have my period (ache , thick white fluid coming out , bloating ) should I be worried or am I overreacting ?
