okay so I'm freaking out , I'm 5 weeks pregnant && I took Dong Quia because I had some cramps back then whenever I would ever get cramp I would take Dong Quia .. I'm starting to bleed the color is somewhat red with pinkish sorry tmi but idk if Im having a miscarriage Rn 😭😭  I can't go to the doctor because I'm in vacation what should I do ??
