Pimple or something?!

Ok so kinda TMI but today I noticed that when I wiped after peeing there was a slightly irritated spot. So tonight I actually decided to reach back and feel. There was a hard lump maybe the size of a dime or smaller where my lips stop and my butt begging but like right on the spot where my cheeks begin on the inside of my legs. When I squeezed it a lot of blood came out. I didn't see if anything else came out or not because I couldn't see it I just felt it.
