Help!
I started AF yesterday (it was medium) after a cycle of 75 days! &&& now today, I am just gushing, i don't even have a tampon in for an hour and I've already bleed on my clothes, & spend an hour in the shower to "leave it open" & just "let everything out" I'm having horrible cramping & i don't know what else to do!
