They should give you a packet of information before you leave. It should answer most if not all of your questions but incase it leaves you asking more keep a journal for your questions. Keep it close and when you have a question write it down and ask at your next doctors appointment. If you ever feel sick or worried that something is wrong don't hesitate to go to the doctor immediately. If your doctor's office is not open and you feel it can't wait go to the er. If you do have to go to the er especially in early pregnancy make sure that they know you are pregnant and ask what possible effects any medication can have on you and the baby before taking it. They will ask about current medications, health history, family history, when was your first day of you last period, check BP, weight, possibly do a pap depending when you had your last exam done. They may or may not send you for urine and blood work (depending if you've had it done) they may book you for an ultra sound and if your lucky enough some Dr's offices can do one that day in the office...
