Cigarettes? I smoked cigarettes for 10 years. I got pregnant and I eased off of them now I can't stand the smell and I would never get back on them!!! It's worth it to quit. It's gonna be hard but when you smoke, the smoke goes into the yolk sac and your baby breathes it. It's not worth it.

If you're talking about cigarettes, I was a smoker as well, my gyno told me NOT to quit cold turkey due to the stress on your body but to cut back until you eventually have quit, I have a 5yr old and 14 month old twins and ALL my KIDDOS are just FINE! Don't let these people bully you, smoking is legal and just because it's frowned upon now doesn't give any one the right to be mean to you because you have an addiction!

I have quit now, but I vape... I didn't vape when I was pregnant tho because there wasn't much study on it and my dr didn't know much either on if it was safe for baby or not.

I did smoke while I was pregnant but listen to the reason before you judge. I had extreme nauseous while pregnant I couldn't keep anything down so I was starving my baby. My doctor mentioned it and recommended it but obviously he couldn't recommend it but I listened and started smoking and it helped me a lot. I was able to keep food down and started gaining weight instead of losing it. I felt like smoking some marijuana while pregnant was better for my baby then starving her for months on end.  I don't regret my decision and now have a healthy brilliant 2 year old
