Is it possible to ovulate more than once a month?

Before I had a baby I only had fertile mucus when I was fertile. Now it seems like I have fertile mucus for much longer or sometimes twice a month but with no period in between. Any thoughts on the matter? Can I drop multiple eggs or something???

I think I ovulate more than once sometimes, usually a couple days apart. I have fraternal twins, which is caused by hyperovulation, so...idk.

It's also possible that stress can impact the quality of your CM. That's why tracking additional cycle indicators like bbt or using an ovulation test is more accurate. In addition, if you and your partner had sex without a condom, you are seeing  the evidence of that.

Ok so what I was wondering about is why I constantly have fertile mucus. If another egg drops down or I hyperovulate does this make more fertile mucus appear? Because it seems like I am having fertile mucus for a much longer amount of time. My great grandmother had a set of triplets and a set of twins way back when so I am wondering if it could be hereditary.

No its not possible. If you have 2 uteri then you can have 2 separate cycles and ovulate twice but it's not the same thing. And you can release more than 1 egg during ovulation but your are still only ovulating once.

You know, I've seem to have it. Mostly this most month. I have ovulation mucus RIGHT before my period.
