When do breasts stop growing?

I'm a little insecure about them because mine are so small compared to other girls my age (17) I don't know how big mine will get because i don't know my biological mother to be able to estimate. I want them to be bigger but I don't want to get surgery

Usually at 18 but I know mine got slightly bigger after that

I believe around this age your boobs should be fully grown. Of course when you get pregnant in the future they'll get bigger. I just started taking birth control and it's made my boobs slightly bigger. I know how you feel, I've been in your situation, but honestly I think just learning to love yourself is the best option :) Hope this helps babe 💜
