Plays games downstairs all the time

My husband have been together for almost 3 years. When he's not at work he plays games on his PC. If I ask him to spend time with me he watches espn. So I end up reading or just doing something else. Our sex life is awful. Maybe once a week if I'm lucky. When I try to tease him and hint he says he's not in the mood ect. I'm very attractive and he had no real complaints. I'm at a loss. I feel like it doesn't matter if I'm here. I'm also the first lasting relationship he's ever had. If I try to talk "low voice, and say "I feel" he says I'm arguing with him? I want him to be happy. But I need happiness also.
