TMI...hemorrhoids

I'm 2 weeks postpartum and I've been suffering hemorrhoids since before I had my baby. Now that I had her, they are way worse. I can't poop without struggling. I've tried fruits, plenty of water,  sitz baths, witch hazel pads, prepH, colace..etc. I even got suppositories from my doc and they still aren't going away. Everytime I go poop, they seem to just get worse.
