Use an opk to determine for sure when you get ur LH surge. After a positive opk, you will ovulate within 24-36 hours. So you would need to have sex the day of the positive opk and for the next 3 days.

Glow is just a prediction so it isn't guaranteed accuracy.... but if you were to use it as your only tool then it would be best to have sex through out the green circles leading up to ovulation and after. Your body produced higher levels of estrogen prior to ovulation to make fertile CM so if you have sex prior then the sperm can get there a be waiting for ovulation to occur☺

Have sex when you ovulate. Glow has not been correct for me. I'm ovulating today and glow says I have a 13% chance of getting pregnant which is wrong.  I know I'm ovulating because I use a ovulation kit clearblue easy pink tip it's 99 % accurate. This is the kit that the fertility dr's say to use. Good Luck!

Glow can't predict your ovulation day 100% but I would do every other day unless your checking ovulation with other methods also
