What's the difference between really bad braxton Hicks an labour??

I hav lost my plug yesterday n I'm slowly leakin my waters, since yesterday I've been havin sharp pains an abit like period pains in my back an the bottom ov my belly also for the past 4hours I've been gettin a pain at the top ov my bum?? Am I in slow labour or is it jst braxton Hicks? Xx

If you are leaking fluid, you should be in l&d.

When in doubt call your dr and go to L& D. Dr told me that I had to come in if I had more than 4 contractions in an hour.
