Iron in Food
Hello. I have a hard to gain more iron in my blood, so I'm still on low. I can't swallow a pill for iron supplements, so I look for recipes that they have some or lot of iron. I can cook or make some food for snacks or breakfast.
What I can't eat:
Too fatty
Too spicy
Too acid
Curtis fruits
Chocolates (light or few is okay)
