One year ttc and still nothing

Encouragements needed ladies. I have been through tests and I am ovulating with regular periods. I have tried opks, preseed and nothing. This month we just did the deed once during fertile window and I am pretty sure it is not the month again as af is due in 5 days and I have had only bfns. My SO does not want to do a sperm analysis. He had a child in a previous marriage 12 years ago so I am hoping he is fine. I just don't know where to find the hope anymore. Sorry for the rant. Just need moral support.
