Yeast Infection

What are some symptoms of a yeast infection? My discharge is thick and white, no smell but I do itch down there and today I got a mirror just to open up the lips and see what's going on. I had something that look like cottage cheese just sitting up there. It didn't smell but I definitely know that isn't right. I'm also on a 7 day antibiotic for a bacteria infection..
