I brush my teeth as part of my morning routine. Absolutely cannot understand how people get up and got eat without brushing first. 😖💀

I always thought that if you ate breakfast before brushing your teeth, you were just eating the bacteria that had collected in your mouth from the night before. There is probably absolutely nothing wrong with that...since it isn't bad bacteria.. but it always grossed me out. 😂

After I drink my coffee and have breakfast, it's usually the last thing I do before I leave the house because I drink coffee while I do my makeup. I don't wake up with very bad morning breath so it doesn't bother me that much? Idk maybe I'm gross.

I always used to brush after eating but my dentist recently told me that it's really better to brush first to get rid of all the nasties in your mouth before feeding them.

Depends what I plan to eat, I'll brush before eating something acidic with lots of sugar so I don't destroy my enamel... but if it's just eggs or something I'll wait a half hour after so I have a fresh mouth on my way out the door
