Baby aspirin?

So let's talk baby aspirin, I began taking it as soon as I got pregnant because of previous losses, then the doctor was like "oh 3 miscarriages and then we will try that stop taking it" then two weeks later I miscarry. I totally regret not following my gut and continuing the regimen. 
Now next time should I just do it and not tell them? From what ive read the possible benefits far out weigh the risks, not only if you have a clotting issue you might not know about but also I would think it would help blood flow to the uterus in fairly sedentary girls like myself. Thoughts? I in no way think I know more than the midwife, but i just feel the 3 miscarriages rule is cruel.

I am on 81 mg of baby aspirin a day. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant. I began it while ttc and I continued. When I had my loss I had stopped it. This time I asked to stay on it. This is only my experience. I wish you the best.

Ok so with baby aspirin as I am on it along with 200 mg of progesterone, it's a very low dose and should be done as a regimen in the weeks leading up to conception also. 
So here are the questions my doc asked me before putting me on it 
when you have a normal cycle is it clotting? 
So you have painful periods? If the answer is yes to this one then it is recommended that they check for endometriosis.

He also warned me that it will not prevent a miscarriage it just helps with blood flow.

We have 3 miscarriage rule in U.K.  I don't know is the answer my concern would be if baby had s heamatoma around it which can be common in early stages then a blood thinner could then make it go and potentially take baby with it rather than just reabsorbing. As baby aspirin is not really strong it may not prevent a clot heamatoma next to baby happening. It might though. My cousin just had 2 miscarriages in 9 weeks. Hers is just because he body has not recovered enough to support a baby. She's got a 16 week old too. Sorry not much help. I'm sure Amy is on baby aspirin and has a really good dr she may be able to tell you more
