Beginning of period or implantation bleeding??

AF is due in 4 days (I'm usually very regular with a 28 day cycle)  yesterday and today I've had spotting and slight cramping, could this be inplantation bleeding do u think? And if I did a test would it show up or is it too soon?

Did a test and it was negative so probably just AF showing early signs
