Someone tell me what this is?

My boyfriend has this really painful bump on his tongue. He said it started hurting three days ago. Any ideas as to what it is?

That's just a simple blister! You can take a needle and punch it, it will heal faster

Its a kanker sore. Just have to wait it out. Orajel and gargling warm salt water helps with the pain. Usually takes about 2 weeks to heal. I get them all the time

I get these when I accidentally bite my tongue, or when I burn it on hot food. Probably nothing to worry about, but if it doesn't go away in a few days then I'd go have it checked out.

I'm pretty sure they happen when you bite yourself they hurt but go away on there own. He can put ice under his tongue to help with pain if he wants to or drink and eat cold stuff but they should go away on their own in about a week

i think you get those when you bite yourself ?? idk I've had them 2 and they just go away eventually
