37 weeks today, only 60% effaced and 1.5 dilated 2 days ago. I peed tonight and then stood up and started brushing my teeth and a gush of fluid came out and ran down my legs for about 3 minutes. Once I started walking around though it quit. I work in an ER and got labor and delivery to send some strips a couple days ago in case this happened, I tested the sample on the floor and got a definite positive, but when I wipe up the sample it looks a little yellowish and smells like pee. I'm also not leaking anymore like down my legs, I'm just really wet in my panties. Is this my water or what?! Oh, I've also been really cramps and have had a lot of lower back pain since this happened
