I'm 20 weeks and last night and today my boobs have been so achy and painful!  Even woke me up last night hurting.  Noticed I started leaking this afternoon- just a few drops.  Is the pain and achiness normal, too??  It's like a stabbing, achey pain.  Just want to be sure I don't need to call my dr.  No hard lumps or anything, no fever I'm aware of.  Thanks for the advice.
