So just went out and bought these lovely things and hoping for the best this month... 
I have no idea how to track BBT so Idk what I'm in for lol..
Any special advice ladies?

Okay you start after your next cycle end you have to take your temp everyday at the same time and watch your chart as you approach ovulation it works better when you got opk's to compare your Temps too and on your most fertile days use the preseed this is my current situation good luck baby dust to you

If I'm not pregnant this cycle I'm going to try temping. I'm not sure how it works but I read it peaks when you ovulate and if it stays high then you're pregnant but again I'm not sure

I'd recommend downloading fertility friend and doing their temping tutorial as well as using it to chart.
