Kid Free, Girls Only Baby Shower??

I'm 30 years old expecting my third child. I already have 2 boys and finally having a girl. That is the only reason why we are having a shower since I don't have anything for girls! Lol. Anyways, is it rude to say no kids when I have kids myself?! And being a little older, most of my friends and family have kids as well. How can I let people know without being rude about it? Please help!!

I meant to hit no! I don't think so. My shower is no kids. I think it's fair for you to want an afternoon kid free ESPECIALLY because you have kids.. You can try and sell it that way. A kid free, grown up afternoon! Maybe serve some kind of mimosa or wine for the guests, make it more "adult"?

I thought baby showers are for adults .. when I had mine with my first I overheard people saying to their kids "now you better behave because she was nice enough to let kids come" ..I dont think it's rude at all and after all its your baby shower! Do what makes your experience how you want it!♡

I meant to hit no! One of my showers will be only ladies and no kids my mother has always told us babyshower are for women only she is old school but that works for me I will be able to enjoy it without worrying about my girls even thought they are 11 &12 yrs
