Contractions or...?
Im 39w today and from last hour im having these contractions in my upper stomach. Like braxton hicks but little painful. It started from the back pain on one side about 2 hours and now its in stomach. But not in lower stomach, just in upper half with extreme tightness. And now they r like 5-7 min apart. Does it mean labor is near? Or im in early labor.
